We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers. That’s why all of our products come with a comprehensive warranty. If your product experiences a failure within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Conditions

1. Legal Warranty

The product is covered by a legal warranty of 3 years starting from the date of the invoice. This warranty can be exercised upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice).

2. Conditions Excluded from Warranty

The warranty does not cover products that present defects caused by:

  • Abnormal wear and tear.
  • Negligence or mishandling.
  • Drops or accidents occurring during gameplay.
  • Improper handling.
  • Exposure to moisture or liquid infiltration.
  • Excessive exposure to heat (e.g., leaving the product inside vehicles during extreme heat).

3. Technical Evaluation and Resolution

All warranty claims will be assessed by our technical department. If it is determined that the product has a manufacturing defect, a replacement with a new item will be provided.

It is crucial that any racket showing signs of an anomaly be submitted immediately for analysis. Continuing to use the racket after identifying an issue may compromise the evaluation process and could invalidate the warranty claim.

4. Submission Process

To submit a product for evaluation under the warranty, customers must:

  1. Stop using the product immediately upon noticing any defect or anomaly.
  2. Present the product along with proof of purchase (invoice).
  3. Allow adequate time for the technical department to carry out a thorough assessment.
